In April 2010, Wavelength launched our exciting new membership programme, Wavelength Connect, with a three-day residential event ‘On Your Marks’. Designed to begin the year-long process of leadership development, connection and inspiration, Wavelength showcased speakers from companies as diverse as Zappos.com from Las Vegas and soleRebels from Ethiopia. LEADERSHIP IN TOUGH TIMES
On May 18th 2009, 70 leaders of businesses large and small, private companies and social enterprises, came together to support each other through tough times. In an inspiring, highly participatory forum they created their Top Tips on how to survive and thrive - read them here.
RECONNECT
In June, the Wavelength Connect community came together at the pioneering Coin Street Builders social enterprise to continue learning, inspiring and helping one another! Over three compelling modules based around the three pillars of the Connect programme - Leadership, Inspiration, Connectivity - we heard from Martin Narey, Chief Executive, Barnardos, Lorraine Hegessey, former CEO, talkbackTHAMES, and Doug Richard, former dragon on Dragon's Den and founder of School for Startups. WAVELENGTH100
Over three days in October 2008, Wavelength brought together 100 inspirational leaders from companies making a positive difference in the world through business. They came from all over the world to teach, learn, inspire and make new connections.
