Our experienced team will fully understand your requirements and ensure that you have the right speaker for your event. We will not promote anyone who we do not believe is a perfect fit for you.

The Booking Process
Upon your initial call with us we will go through all the details of the event, – objective, audience, theme and budget and suggest speakers who we believe fit your requirements.
We will make sure the speakers we suggest to you are available and will provisionally hold the date in their diaries.
Once you have decided who you would like to move forward with, we will issue you a contract for signing. We will confirm the date with the chosen speaker.
Upon signing of the contract we require 50% of the speaker fee to be paid in advance.
Speaker fees vary according to the length or the presentation, the experience of the speaker and so we will discuss all fees with you over the phone. Fees are exclusive of VAT. You will also be liable to pay for any expenses incurred by the speaker such as travel, accommodation and subsistence. These costs are billed on after the event with the final 50% of the fee.
Briefing Your Speaker
Once we have received the signed contract we will organise a briefing call with you and the speaker.
Once all timings and logistics have been discussed we will manage all the speakers’ logistical requirements. We will also ensure you receive any AV requirements and presentations in good time for your event.
