In 2008 Adrian co-founded Wavelength – a world-class executive education company that enables ambitious leaders to develop their knowledge, connectivity and resilience.
At heart Adrian is a connector and gatherer of stories and never happier than when scouring the world for examples of companies at the frontiers of service excellence, innovation, employee engagement, service excellence and dealing with digital disruption.
Since Nov 2015 he’s served on board of Youth Sport Trust dedicated to improving the lives of young people through sport.

Adrian lives in Bucks with his wife Jessica and his two kids Imogen and Oliver and Hugo the mad spaniel! In his spare time Adrian cycles, walks and swims and flies an array of model aircraft.
