Adrian has 20 years experience of visiting the boardrooms and shop floors of some of the worlds most innovative, successful and admired companies including – Apple, LEGO, Google, LEGO, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Grameen Bank, IKEA, and Zappos.
In 2008 Adrian co-founded Wavelength and is at heart a connector and gatherer of stories. He is never happier than when scouring the world for examples of companies at the frontiers of service excellence, innovation, employee engagement, service excellence, and sustainability.
He is privileged to have developed relationships with some of the world’s most iconic brands and a number of highly accomplished, inspiring leaders – some at the helms of large, complex organisations, others seeking to transform the lives of disenfranchised and marginalised people.
Since Nov 2015 he’s served on board of Youth Sport Trust dedicated to improving the lives of young people through sport.
Leaders he’s enrolled to speak at events include – Al Gore, Kevin Spacey, Bob Geldof and Professor Muhammad Yunus.
Prior to co-founding Wavelength he was with a pioneering Innovation company, ?What If! for eleven years and prior to that started his career with the Tom Peters Group, where he managed live events across Europe.
