After ten years working at M&C Saatchi making award winning adverts, Alex led the acquisition of MC Saatchi Mobile.  They were the pioneers of the mobile revolution, recruiting people who reflected their values – thought leaders, over achievers and people with passion and vision. They went on to win multiple awards and trust from brands all over the world and is now the biggest mobile buyer in the world.  Alex went on to be a venture capitalist with SAATCHINVEST and, along with business partners Andrew Humphries and Tom Salmon set up The Bakery.

The Bakery helps big companies innovate in an entrepreneur’s world through a revolutionary network model – matchmaking them to the best tech entrepreneurs to solve their business challenges and ultimately teaching them to be more entrepreneurial.

Alex has led investments in 20 of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies such as Citymapper,  DOJO and Technology Will Save Us. He uses his learnings from working with the best entrepreneurs in Europe to inspire and educate with energy and humour.
