Graham has a reputation has an inspirational leader who has experienced success in a number of different sectors. He spent 25 years in financial services, ultimately as a Managing Director and UK Country Head at Deutsche Bank in their Global Transaction Bank. He formed his own independent consultancy firm in 2011 and helped Deutsche establish a £10m Impact Investment Fund, the first such innovation of this kind by an investment bank. He remains as a Non-Executive Director for Resonance Ltd, a social impact investment company.

Graham is a Connect Alumnus from 2015 and joined the Board of Wavelength in late 2016. Prior to that, he spent 4 years as CEO of London’s Air Ambulance, the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to critically injured people in the Capital. Under his leadership, the charity was transformed, culminating in the acquisition of a 2nd emergency medical helicopter for London.
