Jill most recently was Executive Vice President, Customer for Virgin Atlantic where she led around 5,000 front-line customer service people including cabin crew, customer service centres, catering, Clubhouses and on-board logistics.
Jill Brady qualified as a solicitor in a City law firm before moving into industry and has been General Counsel for high profile brands including lastminute.com and Virgin Atlantic.
Since 2009 she has taken on broader senior executive roles encompassing government and external affairs, human resources and sustainability. Jill has a passion for engaging teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, often through challenging periods of change.
Brady studied law at New College, Oxford and is an officer in the Royal Engineering and Logistics Staff Corps and a trustee of Virgin Unite, Sir Richard Branson’s charitable foundation. She has recently stopped full time work to spend more time with her daughters before they grow up.
