Lynne Weedall

Lynne has spent the last 25 years leading and advising The Chair, CEOs and their teams on major change: mergers, acquisitions, disposals, turnarounds, new business development and fundamental changes to strategy and culture. 

She brings a straightforward, pragmatic and focused approach, rooted in practical experience of how leaders actually turn strategy into reality. She effectively diagnoses and addresses root causes not symptoms. Until February 2019, Lynne was the Group HRD for Selfridges Group where she lead a cultural digital transformation from retail-centric to omni-channel and previous to that she was Group HRD at Dixons Group HRD and board lead on one of retail’s largest Integrations delivering synergies in excess of £300m.
